Grounded Insight. Expansive Understanding.

This isn't just a inspiration - it's a framework.

I'll introduce some science behind art-making, materials, and art-viewing in a way that’s clear, accessible, and empowering—no need for a background in neuroscience or psychology.

You'll learn how different materials affect us somatically, how creating or viewing art shifts our awareness, and how these processes support self-connection and interpersonal empathy.

You'll leave with a grounded foundation you can return to again and again, whether you're integrating this into your professional work or personal life.
