A 16 WEEK HEALING ART BOOT-CAMP

Let your art become your most honest therapist.

This isn’t just an art class—it’s a portal back to yourself.

Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling emotionally blocked, or longing to reconnect with your creativity, this 16-week journey offers the support, tools, and space to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity—through the healing power of art.

You'll receive 8 learning modules, creative prompts, and shared community space that encourages expression without judgment.

Let me introduce you to a creative path that honors your inner world—step by step. Learn to;

  • Create from intuition
  • Build self-trust
  • Access the wisdom of your body & spirit
  • Develop art-based tools for emotional processing
  • Use art as an honest mirror

Why Art?

Image and movement carry power. Artistic expression engages the whole brain and helps us regulate emotions, release stuck energy, and access deep inner knowing.

This program is for you if you:

  • Often feel stuck, overthink your process, or judge your work harshly
  • Want to make art that feels healing, intuitive, and emotionally meaningful
  • Are going through a life transition and need a way to process your feelings
  • Are tired of relying on workbooks, Pinterest and Tiktok for art ideas, and want to create art from within
  • Are ready to slow down and reconnect with your body and inner wisdom
  • Want to feel more confident in using art as a personal growth tool
  • Are ready to move deeper than just art techniques

Traits Which Help Achieve Success

  • Some comfort with making art (self-taught is okay!)
  • Openness to inner work and self-reflection
  • Willingness to trust intuition and explore body-based awareness
  • Not seeking formal therapy
  • Not experiencing active distress

TOGETHER WE WILL EXPLORE ART AS A WAY TO CONNECT INWARD

  • Explore emotions freely through accessible art techniques
  • Build art based mindfulness skills & self-soothing practices
  • Belong to a supportive and nurturing community
  • Explore your artistic inspiration
  • Integrate shadow selves to embrace every part of you
  • Discover the power of destruction & release through art making
  • Explore ways to communicate with your art for insights
  • Make meaning of personal symbols, metaphors, and themes
  • Create a personalized self-care plan using the arts for long-term health and growth

You're not just investing in an art class - you're gaining emotional tools for life.

You don't need to be 'good at art' to make something meaningful.

Together, we’ll create from the heart, the gut, and the soul—tapping into the deep wisdom within as we journey inward, toward the wholeness that’s always been ours. Learn to create with your body and intuition, leaning into your own inner wisdom, and allowing art to be your mirror, medicine, and guide. You'll walk away with:

01
Intention

Know how to begin an art session from intention, not instruction

02
Self-Knowledge

Practice using art for emotional release and self-inquiry

03
Make Meaning

Feel confident processing your own art through somatic awareness and intuitive cues

04
Empower

You'll no longer be dependent on structured prompts or “how-to” tutorials

05
A Lifelong Tool

A new habit of art-making for healing and personal insight

MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Emily!

I educate, coach, and empower adults to learn how to make expressive art for their own health & wellness.

Using art for healing is a practice I have been innately drawn to throughout my life. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of working on some creation I had dreamed up. Art had helped me so much that I decided to study art therapy. And for the last 20 years, I've been studying and practicing art therapy, art-as-therapy, and expressive art.

Having worked with people from all walks of life, I’ve seen firsthand how creativity offers a powerful way to express emotions, foster self-discovery, and support healing.

My approach isn’t about learning “how to” make something —it’s about creating in a way that helps you deeply understand yourself. Art has the incredible ability to process emotions, build mindfulness, and cultivate resilience. I want art to be accessible to everyone, no matter their background or experience, and I believe art-making should be a tool for personal growth that is available to all, as it helps us access our highest intelligence - creativity.

My goal is always to create a compassionate and inclusive space where you can connect with your unique creative voice, gain insights from your experiences, and use art as your own mirror and medicine.

I’m so excited to welcome you to this healing art boot-camp! Together, we’ll explore the boundless possibilities of art and discover how it can support you on your life’s journey. I can’t wait to create and grow with you!

Warmly,

Emily

Patte's Story

“"... It was a life changer for me. I have always struggled with verbal expression of my feelings and beliefs. Emily guided me through the lessons and led me to a practice of listening to my body. My body seems to be the place where my feelings have been storing up for years. Opening that door gave me an avenue to expression and freedom that I never thought I would be able to get to. Emily also has a unique way of introducing multiple media for expression. The choices were mine. I have learned through the course there are no mistakes. A shift in perspective will change everything. I cannot thank her enough for the insight and guidance. I was sorry to see the 8 weeks end so I am currently looking for her next online course. She is amazing and so is her approach to expression."”

Do I need any art experience?

Some familiarity with art-making can be helpful, especially since we aren't focused on the technical aspects of art. However, you do not need to be an expert, feel talented, or have taken a bunch art classes. As long as you have an interest and some comfort, than this is perfect for you!

This program is for everyone who is interested in how art can help them with their own self-expression and growth.

What materials will I need?

You can use whatever art supplies you have on hand - paper, pencils, markers, or even a simple journal. I encourage you to use what feels comfortable and accessible to you.

You may find during the course that you are yearning for other art materials. It is perfectly okay to show up with limited supplies and gather as you go.

I recommend having a journal (or some place to document) your insights and observations throughout the course.

How much time should I dedicate each week?

The program is flexible and was designed to fit into a busy schedule. You can expect to spend 2-4 hours every two weeks on the lessons, art explorations, and coaching calls.

I invite you to spend as much time as you need for art making. I encourage you to reflect on what if feasible, wanted, and needed for your own circumstances and self.

What happens during the Community Support Meetings (virtual, live coaching calls)?

These calls are a space for connection and support. We'll reflect on the weekly theme; sharing insight from art experiences, and exploring challenges and breakthroughs together. It's a judgement-free environment - we won't be critiquing art, but learning to listen to the ways art can speak to us.

You'll also get access to our private, virtual Community Space - an online space for connecting, sharing art, and asking questions. That is available 24/7 during the program

What if I have to miss a live coaching call?

Sometimes conflicts or surprises pop up and you might not be able to attend - that's okay. You'll still have access to the course materials and can join us at the next group.
