Emily Natale

Expressive Arts Educator, Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Emily (she/her) is a compassionate and experienced art therapist, expressive arts educator, and advocate for the healing power of creativity. With over 15 years of experience in the clinical application of art for mental health, she has helped hundreds of individuals tap into their creative potential for healing and growth. She's the owner of Create Art & Wellness, a private wellness practice that offers range of services, including art therapy and integrative mental health counseling for both children and adults. Her practice is rooted in the belief that art has the power to heal and transform, providing clients with a safe, nurturing space to explore their emotions and experiences through creative expression. In addition to her therapeutic work, Emily is an expressive arts educator on a mission to empower individuals to use art independently for personal healing, self-exploration, and emotional expression. She offers workshops, classes, and resources that teach individuals how to engage with art as a tool for self-care and emotional processing—no prior artistic experience necessary. Emily believes that everyone can benefit from the transformative practice of making art, and she strives to help people feel confident in using creative expression as a means of self-discovery and well-being. She is a licensed counselor in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Jersey, and a Registered Art Therapist with the American Art Therapy Association (AATA). Her approach combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the therapeutic potential of the arts, allowing her clients to experience holistic healing that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
